1. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, username, display name, avatar, and linked social accounts (Discord, Google, Steam) when you create an account.

Content: Video clips, titles, descriptions, and metadata you upload to the Service.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, clip views, interactions (likes, comments, shares), device information, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs.

Payment information: For payouts, Stripe collects and processes your banking details. We do not store your full bank account or payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service; to calculate and distribute revenue share payments; to personalize your feed and recommendations; to detect fraud, abuse, and Terms violations; to communicate service updates and announcements; to comply with legal obligations.

3. Revenue & Earnings Data

Your earnings data is private and visible only to you. We do not display, share, or sell individual creator earnings to other users, advertisers, or third parties. Aggregate, anonymized revenue data may be used for internal analytics and public statistics (e.g., "total paid to creators").

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, payment processing); law enforcement when required by law; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users).

5. Advertising

We display ads on clip pages at replayd.tv. Ad partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not share your email, real name, or earnings data with advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Deleted clips are removed from our servers within 30 days. After account deletion, we retain anonymized analytics data but delete all personally identifiable information within 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You may: access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data; opt out of marketing communications; request data deletion by contacting us. We respond to requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure hosting, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Replayd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
